How can the library help with my podcast assignment?

The library has a podcast studio near the event space. Make a reservation to use the studio here. Check in at the reference desk before you start and after you end your podcast recording.

The library also has a selection of audio recording equipment for podcasting. Check out the Technology on Reserve page for a complete list and reservations. To check out a podcast kit, stop by the circulation desk near the entrance of the library and ask for the equipment by name.

The Library supports the use of Audacity for audio editing for podcasting assignments. Audacity, an open source audio editing software, is available on every computer in the library and laptops.
