How can I get a book or article the library does not have (interlibrary loan)?

Fill out an online form found on the Interlibrary Loan page to request a book or article we do not own or have access to. The item usually takes about a week or so to arrive at our library.  You will be notified by e-mail and phone when the item comes in.  Copies of articles can be picked up at the circulation desk. Books will be checked out and returned at our circulation desk.

We also have reciprocal borrowing arrangements with some area colleges and universities which are listed at the bottom of the Interlibrary Loan page.  Use the links on the page to search the institutions library catalog to see if they have a book you need.  Then go to their library and check out books with your Moraine Valley ID.
